Had a comfortable stay for older travellers looking for a long-term stay, everything was good. I appreciated that the food for breakfast was brilliant. The location of the hotel was very central, just next door to town centre, shops and restaurants as well as the Liberation square which is basically the hub of St Helier and close to the bus station. Moreover, it was just a pleasant stroll away from Jersey Museum and Art Gallery. Recommend this place and would definitely return here.

My stay was relaxing during the three nights. I was offered a satisfactory breakfast with large portions. Had very central location in the cafe in the garden. It was also just next door to the Jersey Archive- a 2 minute walk away, beautiful park, and the theatre or cineworld.

Breakfast was outstanding and great, I greatly enjoyed almost everything.
The place was fairly clean with a pleasant and affable staff. Had cheap room with functional bathroom and a lounge, an iron and ironing board.

The location was great, right by restaurant and cleaning as well as bus station and harbour, in a shopping area. It was nice for getting to St Helier Central Market. I really enjoyed the food, it was fabulous.

The rooms at Norfolk were spacious, clean, and quiet, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel staff, especially Ana in the dining room, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, close to the main high street and within walking distance to the bus station and seafront. The hotel had great amenities like a bar with entertainment in the evenings. Norfolk offered good value for money and I would definitely recommend it.
